Hotel pick-up, dive boat from Fethiye harbour
A real person on WhatsApp before and during your trip.
The water around Fethiye is warm, calm and very clear, which makes it one of the easiest places in Turkey to try scuba diving. This full-day trip is like a boat trip with two dives added: you sail at 09:30, dive, have lunch, dive again at a second site and are back in harbour by 17:30.
Before the first dive an instructor explains how the regulator and tank work, how to clear your mask and how to equalise. Then you go down together. Expect octopus, anemones, crabs, sea cucumbers and shoals of fish, and sometimes a turtle. Photos and video of your dive are shown at the end of the day and can be bought.
Short on time? The half-day Ölüdeniz dive leaves the beach three times a day and visits a nearby bay such as the Blue Cave or Aquarium Bay in about 1.5 hours.
Transfer to the boat, then a relaxed briefing and equipment fitting with your instructor.
About 20–30 minutes underwater at a sheltered site, at your own pace.
Lunch on board and time to sunbathe or snorkel.
A different site in the afternoon, now that you know what to do.
09:30–17:30, two dives, lunch, equipment and transfer.
Departs Ölüdeniz beach at 10:00, 13:00 and 15:00, about 1.5 hours. Up to 20 guests per boat.
Speedboat dives to sites of your choice for certified divers.
