Your contract for these third-party services will be with the supplier and not with us, unless explicitly stated otherwise. You are responsible for reading the supplier's terms and conditions.

3. Booking and Payments

All bookings made through our Service are subject to availability.

  • Prices: Prices are confirmed at the time of booking. We reserve the right to amend prices due to errors or changes in supplier costs.
  • Payment: Full payment or a deposit (as specified) is required to secure your booking. Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation.
  • Currency: Unless otherwise stated, all transactions are processed in GBP (£), USD ($), or EUR (€) as applicable.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation policies vary depending on the supplier and the specific service booked.

Important Note on Refunds:

Any refunds are subject to the terms of the third-party supplier. Ata Travel Ltd will assist in processing refunds where applicable but is not liable for supplier insolvency or refusal to refund in accordance with their terms. Service fees charged by Ata Travel Ltd are non-refundable.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Ata Travel Ltd, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material We will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at Our sole discretion.
